About This Job

Stanford Hotels Corporation is seeking a Project Admin to assist the Projects and Design department. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, proactive, and can successfully juggle the needs of multiple projects and team members. This position will not be remote and is located at the corporate office in San Francisco.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Provide in-office general administrative support to the Project & Design team.
  • Perform administrative functions related to projects.
  • Assist the Project Management team with miscellaneous administrative assignments such as, but not limited to: copying/scanning, FedEx shipments and organizing and archiving files.
  • Prior experience providing assistance with projects in the fields of construction, homebuilding, architecture or design highly preferred. 

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience working as receptionist or in an administrative role
  • Construction/architecture experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills- oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must be proactive with a positive and helpful demeanor
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Time management
  • Punctuality and professionalism
  • File maintenance experience
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel in Windows
  • Must be able to lift/carry file boxes/mail; up to 40 pounds 
  • High school diploma
