With a suite of modules touching all aspects of a hotel’s operation, Lodgistics provides a mobile & web platform for the hotel staff to communicate issues and guest requests faster and reduce any information mismanagement.

Summary:

Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to join a tech startup-up and drive rapid growth? We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to help setup and manage a high growth sales cycle. As the Direct of Sales, you will be key to helping Lodgistics scale up. You will be responsible for owning the complete sales cycle, and generating and closing new business with individual hotels, as well as small-mid sized hotel groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account management, business generation, and new client prospecting
  • Makes tele prospecting calls, and manages existing and new client relationships
  • Meet monthly sales goals and maintain accurate client call records in designated sales tracking system
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding budgeted revenues
  • Build and manage sales demos
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers as business increases.
  • Work closely with the Product team to communicate customer expectations and feedback

Desired Candidate:

  • 2+ years previous sales experience. Hotel Sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience conversing with senior customer stakeholders including C-level executives, VP’s, and Directors.
  • SaaS-based sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Passion and expertise creating persuasive presentations and sales proposals
  • Having an existing network of hotel executives is a plus
  • Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance
  • Ability to completely understand the Lodgistics application
  • Experience with a CRM
