As a Line Cook, you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the Duck Creek restaurant. You will assist the culinary team in the preparation of all items for the Duck Creek restaurant..

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have sufficient manual dexterity of hand in order to use all kitchen equipment, i.e., knives, spoons, spatulas, tong, slicers, etc.
  • Be ServSafe certified
  • Have previous experience in a high volume elevated food line cook position
  • Have some culinary training (preferred)
  • Have a passion for food service and quality
  • Be able to perform duties in confined spaces.
  • Be able to perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
  • Have knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment, i.e., stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc.
