At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.  Concierge are responsible for answering guest questions, giving directions and making detailed reservations or recommendations. The Concierge will make Spa appointments for guests and have knowledge of available Jala Spa services.  This position requires knowledge of all hotel services, local restaurant, events and venues and transportation options.  This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests. This position will be required to cross train at the Front Desk to handle guest reception as needed.  The Front Desk responsibilities may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires, answering hotel calls, assisting guests with luggage service, among other duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Part time availability including Monday and Tuesday and holidays required
