A natural leader and a jack of all trades, this person has the ability to see the big picture and to direct a team to anticipate and proactively prevent routine maintenance. This person cares about the comfort of all on property, from temperature to ambiance.

5 Main Roles And Responsibilities:

• Direct, coordinate and perform routing preventative and emergency interior/exterior maintenance and repairs
• Maximize team potential with a balanced focus on operations, guests, team members and owner’s satisfaction
• Prioritize, plan, schedule, assign and supervise the engineering department
• Respond to all guest needs promptly and ensure guests receive professional, efficient, prompt and courteous service
• Act as a liaison between hotel and vendors to review latest in hotel technology, control and report on energy conservation programs, as applicable
