The SpringHill Suites Louisville Airport is currently looking for a Housekeeper/Room Attendant to work in the Housekeeping Department. This position is a critical part of our team, our housekeeping department is the heartbeat of our hotel. The Housekeeper/Room Attendant prepares and cleans the guest room to the standards of our brand to ensure that the guest has a fresh clean and comfortable room to stay. We make sure that our guest feel like they are a part of our family.

This position will report directly to the Executive Housekeeper and indirectly to the General Manager. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Housekeeper/Room Attendant:

•  Set up and stock housekeeping cart each morning
• Cleaning guest stay over and check out rooms
• Provide excellent guest service
• Assist in other areas of the hotel when needed
• Professional attitude
• Able to work with little supervison
• Maintain brand standards
• At least one year of work history in a housekeeping position in the hotel or related industry preferred
• Pride in your work and being part of a team is very important
