The Food and Beverage leader at Park Hyatt Chicago will assist in overseeing the food and beverage division. The scope of purview includes, but not limited to; NoMI Kitchen, Lounge, Garden and Private Events, as well as In Room Dining and Banquet operations. Duties will encompass staff leadership, training, coaching and counseling. In addition, training, staffing, scheduling, menu creation and payroll will play critical roles in day to day operations. The candidate shall possess a strong hospitality background with hotel experience a requisite. This leader should also have a strong background in food and beverage fundamentals and multi departmental oversight with at least three years’ management experience. Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation. Micros Simphony POS knowledge a plus.
