As a thoughtful leader, this person will support the team with food prep, line staff supervision, inventory, and lots of on-the-spot solutions all while managing the dynamics of a high-volume, fast-paced upscale scratch kitchen. Our 1 Kitchen is slated for a top-notch team of food-lovers with the talent to change the way we live, eat and leave lasting impressions with our guests.
