The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees. The Engineer performs diagnosis, preventive maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems and basic computer skills a must.Shift work required. 2 years trade experience and/or completion of trade school.
