1 Hotel West Hollywood is currently seeking a detail-obsessed Executive Sous Chef with the leadership skills to motivate an amazing team, all while managing the daily (and detailed) operations of a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. The Executive Sous Chef will be the right hand to the Executive Chef at the hotel, overseeing 40 Team Members and 4 outlets (1 Kitchen, Juniper Bar, Pool Bar, Catering & Banquets, and In-Room-Dining).
