Executive Housekeeping Manager
The Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View has an immediate opening for a dependable, outgoing, guest orientated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our award-winning team. We are a high volume 169 room hotel situated North Gulch/Capitol View neighborhood. The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to ensure cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas, back of house/ladings, meeting hotels qualification. Responsibilities:
Inspect cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas
Assign special projects as directed by Executive Housekeeping Manager
Report and needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms
Ensure all room attendants have appropriate supplies and liens
Assist in cleaning/servicing of guest rooms when necessary
Assist in processing AM/PM room status reports
Ensure room attendants linen cart is neat and well organized
Ensure closets on guest room are completely stocked and organized
Knowledgeable of hotel facilities and events
