About This Job

The Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the Director of Revenue Management through data entry, system maintenance, report processing and analysis of multiple properties.

**This position is located in our newly renovate Revenue Center at our Corporate Headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island**

This is an entry level position that provides the opportunity to learn the discipline of Revenue Management and grow within our organization. 

What you will be doing

  • The position provides assistance to the Revenue Manager. Assists in implementations of actions, communicates, analyzes, measures and adjusts to achieve top line revenue goals in conjunction with the company’s vision and standards.
  • Executes changes from Revenue Management and assists in hotel strategies to ensure STAR index gains that meet Company objectives.
  • Reviews and implements revenue and catering strategies including pricing, inventory, and channel management, in order to exceed budgeted revenue and maximize market share from direction of the Revenue Manager.
  • Develops and implements property-specific action plans as necessary to address performance deficiencies.
  • Maintains keen awareness and oversight of online real estate through updated and effective ecommerce/revenue initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this position

  • Two or Four-Year degree in hotel management, business, or related major preferred or equivalent experience and aptitude.
  • Requires advances knowledge of hospitality revenue principles and practices.
