We are proud to announce the openings of two lifestyle boutique hotels that will join the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts family in downtown Austin – Thompson Austin and tommie Austin which will make their debut downtown in the music and entertainment district this summer.
Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Facilities colleague will be responsible for shift coverage and therefore must possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. A minimum of 5-years building maintenance experience is recommended, with hotel experience preferred. A strong working knowledge of all major building management systems (BMS) and mechanical systems, is strongly recommended for this position. Strong customer services skills, as you will also manage front of house/guest facing situations. Hourly rate- $19.00 per hour

Both hotels are anchored on the ground floor by The Diner Bar + The Grey Market, a street side concept serving daily fare for locals, residents and guests alike and helmed by award winning Chef Mashama Bailey. This mixed use project will also feature a residential tower – Siena – and 10,000 square feet of retail space.
