Seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our five diamond team!
EDUCATION: High School diploma or previous experience needed. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with staff.
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Must have some clerical background and some experience working with the public.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have basic knowledge of office machinery. Must be able to interact with employees in a positive manner.
JOB SUMMARY: Provide employment office functions such as: interviewing applicants for processing of hire/termination information, and provide support to the Employment Manager as needed.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Must be able to use a computer. Must be able to sit for extended hours at a time. Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone.
Must arrive to work on time, consistently.
Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
Enters all personnel actions into system; new hires, rehires, terminations, transfers, status changes, salary changes, and personal changes for all 4 clubs including PVR and Stockton.
Runs, distributes, and provides follow-up as needed on the following reports:
- Personnel Actions – for payroll (weekly)
- Birthday List
Fair-Credit Reporting Act Letter – sent as required to “new hires” who have failed pre-employment testing.
Reconciles billing for SSS (background checks) and AMRO/ME.
Updates/enters into system driver’s license information for all employees who operate company vehicles.
Provides guidelines, information, assistance and support to managers regarding company policies/procedures and company benefits. Facilitates in any way needed to ensure that systems related requirements are met for all employee personnel actions.
Assists employees in any way possible, including interpreting employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
Provides name tags and time cards to new employees as well as replacements to current employees.
Prints and distributes new time cards annually to PVIC, Lodge, Realty, and
Appropriately handles any phone inquiries (internal and external).
Keeps filing organized. Determines what should be retained, destroyed or archived.
Supports the HR Manager in any way needed as required.
Conducts NHP on all new employees.
Follows up to ensure all paperwork is complete and all IDs are accounted for.
Maintains job descriptions.
Inputs all new hires into the
Coordinates with the Training Director all new hires to be scheduled for Orientations.
Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
