Call Center Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in taking, recording, and canceling reservations in reservations department by performing the following duties.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Education Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous Experience Required: Previous high volume Call Center Experience. Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
Essential Duties & Functions
Schedules associates based on anticipated business volume and monitors overtime. Effectively and efficiently deals with guest issues and complaints for multiple properties. Understands all duties and responsibilities of Reservations Agents. Effectively communicates with other departments.

Responsibilities : Directly supervises 6 to 40 employees in the Reservations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
