Description:

The Spa at Spruce Peak. Formally The Spa at Stowe Mountain Lodge and now a part of the Hyatt Independent Collection.  A 21,000 square foot experience on 3 levels.  Created to be a journey thru nature, our river-like pathways and peaceful water features give you a sense of serenity.  By nature, we all aspire to be healthy. At The Spa at Spruce Peak we encourage you to discover new experiences by taking time to relax your mind, heal your body, refresh your soul and reconnect with yourself.

In each of our locker rooms you will find all the basic amenities, including our Spa Healing Lodges.  This unique room has a dry sauna, herbal steam, Jacuzzi, and a “rain panel”  - the combination of using all four of these elements is intended to create balance both physically and emotionally in an environment, designed to detoxify, heal, and balance the mind, body, and soul.  Based on the healing traditions of hot/cold therapy, you will be provided with an opportunity to begin a “journey” of healing before or after your spa services.

Our coed Sanctuary lounge will allow you to decompress before and after your treatments.  As part of The Green Spa Network we work with local and sustainable companies to bring you a relaxing setting that overlooks Mount Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak.

On the upper level of The Spa you will find our 18 Spa Treatment Rooms; these spaces will have you, Glow, Dream, Serenity, Relax in The Rain, and find Peace.  And our full Hair & Nail Salon will help you bring out your inner beauty.

Please also plan on relaxing poolside in our heated outdoor pool and two outdoor Jacuzzis.  Through nature, we have the opportunity to maintain our best health and begin our journey to better well-being. We push the limits on “healthy” to ensure our guests connect with nature and feel inspired. We embrace the powerful nature of science and the purity of ingredients to treat your mind, body and soul. Your well-being is our focus.

Experience “nature” at The Spa at Spruce Peak. Become inspired and alive – and embrace the simple pleasures. We live by the words of the late Maya Angelou, “they may forget what you said, or what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel.” We invite you to get lost in our world, to open your eyes to fresh thoughts and to experience the magic of nature.

How do you want to feel after your experience here at The Spa at Spruce Peak?

It’s more than a spa. It’s a lifestyle.

The individuals at Spruce Peak work as a team, flexing with the business and operational needs. Responsibilities, duties and the requirements for this position may change or increase at any time, with or without a change in title, benefits or salary. Like most other exempt jobs in the hospitality industry, this position requires a flexible schedule, possibly working in other departments, working holidays, weekends, events, and long hours as necessary.
