Front Office colleagues are responsible for welcoming guests to our beautiful resort. You’ll handle the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and promotions, and luggage service. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other responsibilities will include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires, answering hotel calls, assisting guests with luggage service, among other guest services. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Colleague. The Host will have good computer skills, a positive upbeat attitude, and proactively work to handle guest requests and offer assistance.
