The Global Digital Marketing Manager, Employer Brand is a member of the Associate Experience team. This team is dedicated to using consumer brand marketing strategies and creative solutions to help the company attract, engage and retain employees globally.   • Market Marriott International: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for contributing to Marriott International’s enterprise-wide Digital Marketing strategy, dedicated to helping the company and its portfolio of 30+ brands, attract, engage and retain top talent all around the world.
  • Digital Marketing Expert: He/she will focus on the use of social media, CRM, emerging digital technologies and creative campaigns to execute against the external and internal-facing recruitment and engagement marketing strategy in alignment with the broader corporate vision and in collaboration with key stakeholder groups. 
  • Innovation: This role necessitates a strong foundation in social media and other digital communication channels, and a passion for remaining “ahead of the curve,” as it relates to the ever-evolving social landscape. 
  • Creative Content Creation: He/she will drive Marriott Careers’ external content calendar and daily content creation to strengthen perceptions of Marriott International. He/she will have the opportunity to market Marriott’s TakeCare culture and career opportunities around the world, in addition to creative brand marketing strategies across Marriott International’s suite of 30+ hotel brands and disciplines.
  • Data Measurement: In addition, this role requires a focus on measurement, reporting and corresponding optimization of digital channels and tactics.


  • Ongoing, partner with the global recruiting team to refine the Digital Marketing strategy to enhance the company’s reputation in the marketplace among potential and current associates. This will include identifying and implementing insights, plans to inform the development and execution of marketing campaigns + content – applicable across brands, geographies and disciplines within Marriott International.
  • Responsible for implementing, launching and executing ongoing digital marketing campaigns and digital content to drive brand loyalty and high levels of social engagement.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across diverse digital channels. Campaigns will include execution across social media, CRM, artificial intelligence and/or mobile.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign strategy, developing creative assets and overall project management.
  • Project management responsibilities will include plan development and project communications across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Continually utilize best practices to drive ongoing growth and engagement of digital platforms owned by the Associate Experience team. Platforms include websites, social media channels, email marketing systems, Sprinklr and native applications.
  • Responsible for regular evaluation of platform analytics to identify audience trends, ways to improve user adoption/engagement and increase overall growth and influence of internal + external digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to think creatively in a constantly changing social environment about how to maximize our content and budget to achieve maximum exposure to job seekers to change perceptions and drive applicant flow.
  • Work closely Employer Brand leads and with larger Associate Experience team to develop key messaging and execute integrated communications plans across digital channels.

  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • You have exceptional written communication skills, and you can deliver compelling, concise, clear content for a variety of audiences. 
  • You are passionate about digital and social media, continually striving towards new and creative ways to engage audiences using the latest tools and platforms available.
  • You are just as comfortable crafting a creative Instagram Story as you are developing a comprehensive campaign strategy.
  • You can dive in to data, distilling the key trends and translating the findings into an actionable report.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • Four or more years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in social media planning, content development, advertising, measurement and rapid response required.
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as prior experience developing content marketing is required.
  • Baseline understanding of real-time social media best practices and emerging marketing tactics (e.g., Facebook & LinkedIn Live, Instagram Stories, TikTok, etc.) required.
  • Experience with targeted email marketing communications preferred.
  • Experience managing results driven social advertising campaigns, designed to reach specific audiences and drive action preferred.
