Full-time Sales Operations Manager at Hyatt Regency LAX
This position is Full-time
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for selling and servicing events and be a liaison between Sales and Operations. Primary sales efforts are in Local Social Catering Events, Banquet Food and Beverage and includes menu planning, agenda setting and hotel meeting services. Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. Primary operations duties is to MOD and run any operations shifts at the hotel such as Housekeeping, Front Office, Banquets and Outlets.
The Sales Operations Manager also host hotel tours, maintain strong customer relationships, participate and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, and work as a team member with the sales and events staff. The manager also works closely with the Director of Sales and other support staff in Sales and Operations.
