About This Job

We are seeking an HR Coordinator/Executive Assistantto support our Human Resources department in addition to providing administrative and organizational support to the General Manager of the hotel.  Our Hotel, located in downtown Billings, offers a fun and bustling work environment where you will support both our team and our guests.  The world of hospitality is a world where no one day is ever the same!

What you will be doing

Manage the General Manager's schedule, appropriately balancing priorities across business activities | Stay informed of priorities to manage competing demands on time | Support the full cycle recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing preemployment screens, and coordinating onboarding paperwork | Maintain accurate personnel records | Respond to Human Resources related inquiries and provide effective and timely follow up | Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information relating to team members, guests and other information as directed by the General Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position

Ability to exercise independent judgment and a high degree of discretion | Excellent oral and written communication skills | Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy |  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint | Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
