Commonwealth Hotels currently manages and will be expanding into the following states:

  • Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri
  • Illinois, Maine, North Dakota
  • Arizona, Colorado, Washington
  • Wisconsin, Oklahoma, California

PURCHASING

  • Focus: PIP, Renovation, New Construction, and Existing Properties as it relates to purchasing
  • Field vendor and solicitor phone calls
  • Bid packages
  • Bid overview spreadsheets
  • Ordering material samples
  • Generate purchase orders
  • Confirming that PO’S were received immediately and file within 24 hours in property binders
  • Follow up on shipping and delivery schedules as directed and expediting report
  • Organizing invoices, acknowledgments, and packing/delivery tickets
  • Ensure compliance with all Commonwealth policies, procedures, as well as brand standards
  • Existing property assistance
  • Assistance to Director of Engineering
  • Special Projects
  • Support for VP of Purchasing, Director of Purchasing, and Director of Engineering relating to capital, renovations, or new construction projects.

ACCOUNTING

  • Processing related invoices, verify for accuracy against PO, make adjustments in Great Plains, submit to Lisa Litke for approval and signature, upon receiving back submit to accounting, and return PO’S to binders
  • PO’S and invoices

PROJECT MANAGEMENT / GC

  • Project Oversight
  • Construction meeting minutes
  • Project binders and small prints
  • Blueprints, ordering and organizing
  • GC scope of work, Bid Review, Bid Comparison
  • Material Take-offs
  • Field Site Visits
  • Blueprint Drawing Review
  • Pay Application review and Approval, Change Orders
  • Navigating Brand Websites for resources, D&C standards, and Brand Standards
  • Brand Standards, Specs, and Submittal and Approval Process
  • Shop Drawing Review and Approval
  • Interaction with Brand, GC, Sub, and Designer/Architect
  • Owner Engagement
  • Project Review and Site Visits
  • Permit Process
  • Exterior Sign packages
  • All MEPS as related to projects
  • Ensure all budgets are maintain throughout project observing PO’s SOP and 100% compliance company wide
  • Punch and final review/signoff for project completion
  • Kitchen, laundry, and office design and layouts in conjunction with VP of Purchasing and Chairman
  • Working with VP of Purchasing on voice and data, HDTV, HSIA, PMS, and Sales Automation
  • Working with VP of Purchasing on job site trailer, electric, voice and data
  • Sound and security layout and configuration in conjunction with VP of Purchasing
  • Electronic lock layout and configuration in conjunction with VP of Purchasing

PROJECT ASSESSMENT TEAM – PIP Projects

  • Site visits with GC, Architect, and Designer
