Hilton’s Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton’s ability to drive profitable growth.

What will I be doing?

This role aims to lead the development of and tactical delivery against project and change strategy. This role will ensure project plans and goals are achieved while managing timeline, scope, and risk. This position will ensure the strategy includes a focus on effective communication, training, and support for sustained adoption with our internal Hilton corporate audience and our hotels and owners.

Project Management

  • Develop and lead project plans

  • Implement standards to ensure that all project information is consistent, accurate, and timely and that all updates are completed as per the agreed cadence

  • Establish working practices, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure that plans, dependencies, issues, and risks are aligned with the overall project plan

  • Identify key functionality gaps by working closely with key subject matter contacts

  • Review and offer advice and feedback on other project elements, including product design, functional roadmap plans, strategy, etc.

Change Management

  • Create measurable and targeted change management plans, including change delivery, communications plan, training plan, resistance management plan

  • Align team on projects and organizational change tactics, implement standards, and watch for opportunities for improvement

  • Develop a solid understanding of hotel-level, owner-level, and corporate-level commercial objectives

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional Project Management experience

  • Two (2) years of professional Change Management experience

  • One (1) year of experience analyzing the effectiveness of data for forecasting

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in a Project Management role or High School Degree/GED plus a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in a Project Management role

  • Previous hospitality experience

  • Experience in a functional data and analytics role and/or supporting data and analytics functions in a project or organizational change role
