Commonwealth Hotels is looking for experienced General Managers in the Memphis, Tennessee AND Atlanta/Marietta markets!
Due to recent growth and future development, Commonwealth Hotels is looking to expand our slate of highly qualified General Managers in multiple markets! We are seeking Innovative GMs to oversee the reimaging of a Full Service hotel AND a multi-million dollar renovation with the hotel converting into a Mixed Use Hotel / Facility.

The GM role is a key management position, which provides partnership, strategy and support to our guests, associates and owners. Our priorities are Drive Revenue, Control Cost and Guest and Associate Satisfaction.

Relocation to the desired market would be required!
Minimum of 3 years General Manager experience required with
Multi-site experience a plus
Proven record of independent, self-motivated work habits
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Execute reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Ability to focus on the big picture as well as individual results
Possess the ability to maximize hotel revenue through defined market segmentation
History of superior controls and financial performance
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices and pre established guidelines and procedures
Maintain active and visible position in the local community and industry
