Due to recent growth and future development, Commonwealth Hotels is looking for experienced Assistant General Manager in Memphis, TN! We are seeking an innovative and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in the reimaging of a Full Service hotel AND a multi-million dollar renovation with the hotel converting into a Mixed Use Hotel / Facility.
The Assistant General Manager position will support the General Manager with all aspects of the hotel operations (housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, sales, engineering, accounts payable/receivable) as well as higher level budgeting and forecasting. This position requires a person with a mentoring spirit who is highly accountable to everyone he/she works with. Your diligence, ambition, strategic thinking and strong leadership skills will influence and inspire our associates to do their very best every day, creating an exceptional experience for our guests. We want leaders who believe that guest and associate satisfaction are equally important, and that building revenue and controlling costs are the priorities that will exceed the expectations of our owners and partners, and drive the business to new heights.
