Description

The Cross Brand Marketing team shapes how consumer-facing Hilton products, like CleanStay, come to life throughout the customer journey to deepen relationships with customers and drive business results. This team works closely with Hilton’s Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Partnership teams to market the award-winning Hilton Honors loyalty program and our key strategic partnerships, including the American Express Hilton Honors credit cards. Together, these teams market the Hilton portfolio of eighteen brands, Hilton Honors loyalty benefits, and the value proposition of the American Express credit card. A comprehensive Marketing plan informs messaging of these programs appropriately throughout the customer journey, using various touchpoints, including Hilton-owned channels such as the Hilton Honors mobile app, Hilton.com website, and on-property. Also, the teams generate engagement and repeat business through recognition of loyalty benefits and earned rewards during guest stays.

What will I be doing:

As the Senior Manager, Cross Brand Marketing, On-Property, you will be tasked with a broad set of business activities that support marketing throughout the on-property experience. You will develop and manage the marketing of key initiatives that craft the customer experience and drive business results, including creating efficient processes. Once set, you will build, pilot, maintain and supervise processes to ensure they are optimized to support the program effectively. Finally, you will collaborate with internal teams on new and existing business processes and serve as a consultative partner, providing cross-functional support on special projects.

Conceptualize and project manage the implementation of programs, communications, and training that span across Hilton Brands, crafted to drive business results and deliver on our promise to customers. Focus areas include American Express Co-brand card acquisitions, Hilton Honors loyalty program benefits & enrollments, and new Hilton cross-brand programs like CleanStay.


  • Manage the creative development and production of on-property materials, including writing briefs, providing input on creative content, while also handling Hilton approvals and partnering closely with the production team to ensure seamless hand-off.

  • Partner with Hilton co-brand team, who will handle AMEX approvals.

  • Manage overarching project plans for rolling out an on-property program from start to finish.

  • Build positive partnerships with various Hilton teams on the development of training, internal communication, and operational considerations in support of program materials roll out.

  • Support Senior Director with integrating on-property programs into other Cross Brand initiatives, considering messaging throughout the customer journey, pre-and post-hotel stay, improving the guest experience, and driving business results.

  • Capture, analyze, and detail critical business processes, outcomes and conceptualize areas for improvement.

  • Provide regular status reporting, creation of materials for management meetings and business reviews, as well as presentations.

  • Effectively lead the budgetary details of on-property programs. 

  • Support priority projects to build new capabilities and processes.

Requirements

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:


  • Five (5) years of marketing operations, project management, or business process experience

  • Three (3) years of experience with print production, digital technology, integration consumer activations (QR codes, apps, etc.)

  • Three (3) years of experience with PowerPoint/Excel (including proficiency with crafting compelling stories with data, text, and visualization tools and proficiency in creating reporting and analysis for important metrics)

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:


  • Seven (7) years of marketing operations, marketing project management, or marketing business process experience in a consultancy firm, agency, or global enterprise

  • PMP/Project Management Certification(s) and/or strong command of Microsoft Project or project management tools

  • Experience in Hospitality, Retail, Restaurant, or other industries; passionate about the on-site customer experience

  • Experience with a credit card and/or loyalty programs

  • Occasional travel - 10-20% (once safe to do so)

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
