We are currently seeking a Coordinator to work in our Integrative Wellbeing department.  The primary function of the Integrative Wellbeing Coordinator is to assist the Integrative Wellbeing Manager with daily functioning of the department, including keeping reports and schedules up to date and accurate. This is primarily an administrative role. Preferred background or strong interest in Mindfulness, Meditation and Wellness.  

 

Responsibilities include -

 

  • Reserve meeting space in Resort Suites for classes, workshops and private sessions.
  • Assist Integrative Wellbeing Director with quarterly master schedule development
  • Produce weekly Program BEO's in Salesforce/Delphi
  • Enter class schedule in Resort Suites and on the website
  • Process and post charges in Resorts
  • Maintain and revise bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules for print, website and Resort Suites
  • Assist in maintaining reader board content, update daily and weekly
  • Serve as the liaison with Reservations Team, Groups/Sales Team and Marketing Team
  • Run month end reports for Director
  • Coordinate with the Leads to update Activity Schedule

Guests must wear masks inside (with minimal exceptions) and outside if they are not able to socially distance.


Qualifications

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a resort administrative position a plus
