Description

A Member/Owner Liaison will assist with maximization of member/owner and guest utilization of the Club and Resort for increasing member/owner satisfaction and increasing revenues.  Provides staff support on membership sales and member/owner service related issues. 



What will I be doing?

A Member/Owner Liaison is vital to ongoing customer satisfaction levels within membership and ownership. Specifically, the Member/Owner Liaison will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Handle Club & Del Resort member relations, Beach Village and Shore House owner relations, reservations and special requests (i.e. dinner, spa & recreation reservations).

  • Follow up with all e-mail/phone inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Instrumental in day-to-day interaction with members, including casual, business and challenging circumstances.

  • Oversee daily and maintain inventory of locker rooms and members lounge, including supplies, locker function, and cleanliness. HotSos any facilities related challenges.

  • Handle any requests for new, lost member cards and parking cards.

  • Work closely with Rec and Housekeeping team to develop rotations to stock inventory and maintain cleanliness.

  • Often serve as the initial contact for membership inquiries providing basic information and obtaining information from the prospect for follow-up by sales manager.

  • Prepare signage for upcoming events to post around member areas.

  • Take a supportive role in ensuring the success of all Club and Owner social events from planning to implementation as assigned by manager. Participate with registration, setting up, printing name tents etc…

  • Attend member/owner & member/owner prospect functions as needed by Manager

  • Provide support to Membership Director & Membership Management team

  • Attend daily staff meetings
