In light of the current situation, our breakfast offerings and services are limited. During this time, associate will be responsible for preparing and serving pre-wrapped items to guests with minimal human contact. These items include fruit cups, juices, cereal, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches.
Disposable cutlery will be provided for guests.
Job responsibilities of Breakfast Attendant will temporarily be as follows, until we return to a standard breakfast menu:
Responsible for preparing, cooking and service daily Breakfast
Responsible for maintaining a clean working area, including sweeping, mopping, dishes and clean up
Responsible to prepare kitchen area for food service the following day
Assisting with group functions and food service/cleanup
Assists guest efficiently and courteously in all hospitality related services
Ensuring that all breakfast service is being maintained and served according to brand standards
Inventory breakfast items regularly; orders or purchases items as necessary or provides an order for the manager
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all guests and co-workers
Ability to perform all breakfast duties as outlined in the training outline and property specific checklists.
Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching
Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
Ability to work early hours with breakfast shifts starting at 5:30AM
Compliance with all brand standard operating procedures as well as OSHA
