The Cage Manager supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in calculating, posting and verifying functions of all cash handling transactions in the cage for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Directly supervise employees in the Cage Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, reviewing performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Has access to Cashier Cage, vault, controlled form cabinet, accounting boxes, customer transactions and form dispensing machines.
Cash Inventory, cashier summaries, cashier vouchers, coupons, gift certificates, Controlled Forms, receipt books, Jackpot/Fills slips, Black Jack Fill/Credit slips, key logs, cash advances, buys slips, and miscellaneous transfers.
