Prepares salads, fruits, dressings, cold meats, fish items, canapés, cold hors d'oeuvres, appetizers and other cold dishes according to the River Club's high standards of quality.
Team player with 2 years a la carte experience in fine dining setting. Hot and cold food preparation. Must have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety features, food rotation procedures, cooking, sanitation, and be able to determine whether a prepared food item is acceptable for service and able to work all stations in the kitchen. Work with all kitchen staff team to insure kitchen production is up to or exceeds standards for quality and speed; maintain the level and quality of line product, while working within all sanitation standards.
