About This Job

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Sort and verify accuracy of food products being received and ensure proper count if applicable.
  2. Receive liquor product and ensure it is properly inventoried and stored.
  3. Assist in all liquor and food inventory as needed with a representative from each department.
  4. Maintain food store room cleanliness and organization on a daily basis, ensuring that shelves in store room are labeled correctly with proper product. Also, being visible in the store room while maintaining communication over the radio at all times with the exception of breaks.
  5. Track requisitions of items out of store room, reporting any discrepancies.
  6. Order par levels for coffee shop.
  7. Order par levels for store room including but not limited to: canned goods, dry storage and paper supplies, with manager’s discretion.
  8. Work with Outlets Manager and assist ordering liquor and beer on an “as needed” basis. Report any discrepancies or improper liquor control.
  9. Attend mandatory staff and BEO meetings.
  10. Assist in purchasing and ordering products on an “as needed basis” with approval from manager, GM, or emergency basis.
  11. Receive packages from FedEx and UPS. Storing and/or delivering in appropriate areas.
  12. Keep back hallway and shipping room clean and organized, not allowing packages to sit or be unattended for any extended amount of time.
  13. Send out and assist with lost and found items. Packing and handling of shipping charges for all lost and found items. Follow up with the Housekeeping department is required.
  14. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  15. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have the ability to communicate in English.  Self-starting personality with an even disposition.  Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.  Can communicate well with guests.  Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to compile facts and figures. Ability to operate personal computer and calculator. Required to work some nights and weekends depending on business needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to grasp, list, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a maximum of 100lbs on a continuous schedule.

Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

Able to reach above head level, bend, stoop, twist, and lift.
