The Town Company, at Hotel Kansas City, will present guests with an experience focused around an open-kitchen with open hearth cooking and some of the very best ingredients that this region has to offer and an intimate dining room with only 65 seats.
The Town Company is a nod to our city’s roots, and those who came before us to claim this town we now call Kansas City. Overseeing the culinary team is our Executive Chef, Johnny Leach, who joins us in Kansas City via Portland, Oregon.
We are committed to working with the best farms, ranches, and ingredients we can find in the area and cooking them with the best technique we possibly can. Our team values a positive, diverse, fun and team oriented kitchen that is free of ego.
A Brunch Line Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service.
