Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef.

  • 3 to 5 years of high volume, luxury pastry environment experience preferred
  • Solid verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate should be able to perform basic baking skills.
  • Should have a knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. 
  • Able to work single station in the kitchen.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done.
  • Committed to produce quality work.
  • Supportive team player.
  • Eager to learn and to share knowledge and skills.
