About This Job

Responsible for supporting the It Department with various responsibilities and knowledge, including technical support and troubleshooting.

Essential Job Functions

  • Background with Microsoft training and knowledge is preferred.
  • Help manage daily operations of the IT department
  • Background or familiar with Office 2016/2019.
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
  • Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Process Improvement, Software Maintenance, Software Testing

Non-essential Job Functions

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced work environment where changing priorities and focus will occur on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Experience and understanding of the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Education – Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently (self-sufficient) while maintaining a team atmosphere.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
