About This Job


Install and maintain AV systems resort-wide.


  • Install AV systems as needed.
  • Monitor and manage AV systems.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AV systems as needed.
  • Maintain all AV closets to be clean and organized.
  • Perform regular software, firmware, and configuration updates.
  • Perform regular systems calibration.
  • Manage all digital content accounts and subscriptions, SiriusXM, DirecTV, etc.
  • Create and maintain content for specific areas resort wide.
  • Train/refresher all relevant staff as needed.
  • Produce user manuals for all systems and areas.
  • Log and store all relevant AV systems information on company’s shared drive.


  • Minimum age requirement – 18+
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements of driver insurability as established by the insurance carrier required.
  • Previous experience installing and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment. 1- 2 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; formal education in Electronics or related field preferred.
  • Computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Office.


  • Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and as a team.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
  • Must have creative approach when presented with challenges.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Must have creative approach when presented with challenges.
  • Must have neat and pleasant overall appearance.
  • Must maintain proper associate uniform standards
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays.
