Our culinary team strives to marry modern techniques with seasonal products from across the region. The ideal candidate has a natural sense of urgency, positive attitude, the ability to communicate well, and enjoys teamwork. This may be filled as a Line Cook I or a Line Cook II and hourly rates start at $16/hour!
What You'll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes.
Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and accident free work environment.
Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items.
Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station.
Serve menu items compliant with established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
Collaborate with chefs to plan training times and develop new menu items.
