About This Job
The SentryWorld Events team is seeking Bartenders to join our team. We are looking for someone with a passion to deliver on our high standards for service, while working as part of a small, cohesive team. A professional and friendly demeanor is required.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus (less taxes). The amount of the bonus will be based on full or part time status.
- Full time: $600 paid on first payday following hire, $400 following 60 days of employment.
- Part time: $300 paid on first payday following hire, $200 following 60 days of employment.

What You'll Do
•Prepare and serve beverages in a high-volume, fast paced atmosphere.
•Record all sales and collect payment as needed.
•Ensure assigned bar is prepped and stocked with necessary supplies for events.
•Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area.
•Provide outstanding service to all guests and promote a positive image of SentryWorld facilities.
What it Takes
Age requirement of 21+ required
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to obtain WI Beverage License and Operator’s License as needed
Excellent oral communication and customer service skills
- Hours for this job may include working nights, weekends and holidays.
