Summary: The Property Management Owner Services Admin shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Wild Dunes Resort Culture as well as promoting Wild Dunes Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!


Essential job Functions:

  •  Inspect WDPM rental homes and condo properties including the houseware inventory related to hard/soft goods.  In addition, inspect for owner arrivals for housekeeping and maintenance issues regarding furniture, fixtures/appliances and overall unit condition. 
  • Effectively report noted unit issues to WD Property Management staff in a timely manner.
  • Perform preliminary inventory and inspection of all homes new to program.
  • Assist Property Managers in acquiring and maintaining home and owner dossier information.
  • Run errands to vendors (like Comcast or item supplier) as needed or as assigned.
  • Maintains constant awareness of and reporting of safety issues, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons).
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and image at all times.  Maintain a clean and organized work area in an orderly manner including professional interaction with resort staff and assisting other departments as directed in a positive manner.
  • Maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events
  • Attends and follow up of assigned department, resort and division meetings
  • Support and assist the Director of Property Management with special projects
  • Perform general office duties and assist other personnel as required
  • Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problem with good judgment
  • Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team to maintain effective staff/departmental relations
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality of departmental information and pertinent data.

Colleague is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.



Experience & Education:

  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree preferred. 
  • At least two years customer service experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of hotel/resort.
  • A good understanding of Property Management & vacation rental procedures.

  • Experience with hospitality software preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Database and Outlook, HotSOS Work Order system, and Springer Miller preferred

  • Must be able to perform in a highly confidential environment
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written

  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking is a must

  • Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests, associates, etc.

  • Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

  • Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests

Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.

  • Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis.

  • While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, heat).

  • Must be able to climb stairs occasionally, both indoors and outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, heat).
