Job Description

Position Summary: The lobby attendant is responsible for keeping the lobby and public area such as restrooms, pool area, front desk, fitness center, business center and executive offices neat and clean. The lobby attendant creates an experience for hotel guests by offering them a clean, stylish, and comfortable environment.

Essential functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Keep front entrance free of debris and garbage.
  2. Clean windows and glass doors.
  3. Vacuum carpets.
  4. Empty trash receptacles.
  5. Dust lobby furniture and other surfaces (low/high dusting).
  6. Clean restrooms thoroughly, including washing sinks, toilets, urinals, exposed pipes and doors.
  7. Restock all supplies.
  8. Clean elevator panels, doors and floor.
  9. Thoroughly clean fitness center. Dust all equipment, empty trash, replace towels, replenish with towels and amenities.
  10. Pick up around pool area, restock with towels, arrange pool furniture.
  11. Clean business center, empty trash, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean doors.
  12. Clean offices, empty trash, vacuum, dust.
  13. Clean associate locker room/restrooms.
  14. Respond to guest requests in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  15. Report any items in need of repair.
  16. Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room.
  17. Perform their work in a safe manner.
  18. Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
  19. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

The 238 modern-designed guest rooms will occupy the first 15 floors of this multi-story high-rise condo-hotel building –121 luxury condominiums are for sale on the 16th floor and above.
