How do I make an impact on my team? 
Our company sees the AGM role as a development position to prepare a Hospitality professional for the position of GM. We are growing rapidly and will have new GM opportunities for individuals who have succeeded in the AGM role and display the drive and leadership spirit to take this next step.
  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Provide the highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
  • Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Use computer system to make reservations, check-in, and check-out guests, and process payments
  • Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
  • Ensure safety and security of the property, staff, and guests
