The Adolphus was built on Commerce Street as Dallas’ first luxury hotel by Adolphus Busch founder of Anheuser Busch. Situated on the original site of City Hall, The Adolphus was modeled after a grand Beaux Arts German castle, with Busch commissioning European craftsmen to create authentic details throughout the building. In its recent restoration and renovation, the hotel’s storied past is both celebrated and re-imagined.
