Essential Functions

  • Identification of Distribution & Segmentation Opportunities
  • Implementation of Package & Pricing Strategies
  • Oversight of Rate Parity and Third-Party Channel Management
  • Management & Monitoring of Online Customer Journey
  • Creation and Analyzation of Revenue Management Reporting

Required Experience/Qualifications/Abilities

  • High School Diploma required. College degree in hospitality or business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years in experience in Revenue Management position preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills required and ability to apply those skills to identify revenue opportunities and shortfalls.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
  • Excel experience required. Additional experience with Opera, SynXis, IDEAS, and/or Marriott systems preferred.
