Hotel Group Coordinator

The ideal candidate must be high-energy and have the ability to think outside the box. 

Key duties include:

* Strong organizational skills

*Customer focused

*Creating, maintaining group sales contracts and room blocks

* Support the Front Desk staff with group information

*Group Sales point of contact

* Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate with all staff members

* Desire to work as part of a team

* Excellent problem Solving skills

* Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a Fast-Paced Environment

Education / Experience

* At least 1+ year(s) of hotel front desk operations, preferably with management or supervisory experience.

* Prefer Hilton Brand experience

* High school diploma, college degree preferred
