Hospitality Administrative Assistant- Remote
Alliance Sports Travel is looking for an experienced Hospitality administrative assistant. This position will begin remote, but the candidate will need to interview at corporate office, as well as attend quarterly meetings, ZOOM calls, and phone calls. May be required to attend member events, or hotel site visits.
This position is Part time, but there are seasonal times of year that hours could exceed part time.
Hospitality experience is a must! Customer service, guest services, hotel experience all relevant to this position. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality student, or any Hospitality industry applicant. Sports Knowledge is helpful, preferably college football.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Returning client phone calls
Guest Services- must have excellent customer service
Excel Spreadsheets (Groups)
Assisting Director in misc. Administrative duties
Assisting with group reservations
Hourly pay based on experience. Only serious applicants considered.
