This position shall strive to provide exceptional cleanliness and organization to the Cliff House facilities. The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all interior and defined exterior guest use spaces of the Cliff House. These spaces include and are not limited to banquet meeting and function spaces along with corridors, Storage closets and holding areas, food and beverage Outlets such as Tiller Dining room, Nubbs dining room indoors, Spa facilities corridors, All guest facing passageways and hallways, Reception areas, Terraces, Elevators, Maine stations. In this role the individual will also be working closely with vendors that correlate with the overall appearance of the space along with upkeep and preventative maintenance along with ordering and supply management for cleaning products guest facing products and checkbook accounting for said areas along with any labor management when and if applicable. This Team member will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all areas are well taken care of, in the best condition and items organized throughout property. Property walks will be completed on a rotation, in order to complete thorough inspections and cleanings. The candidate will solely be responsible for communication in maintaining and working within our housekeeping management team, Engineering leaders, Banquets leadership team along with Executive team members for any large repairs or work upon inspections of areas. This candidate will also be responsible for the daily upkeep of areas Carpet treatment to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for all events and functions and or usage of each highlighted area.
