Director, Strategic Sourcing Accounts- Las Vegas

What will I be doing?

As a Director, Strategic Sourcing Accounts, you will maintain Hilton’s strategic global accounts. This role develops, implements, and leads strategic account plans and B2B engagement. In addition, it will be accountable for business outcomes. The Director is also responsible for in-market agreements that support Hilton Management Services, GPO accounts, and Franchise business. The Director will work with the Corporate Category Sourcing team to strategize go-forward opportunities specific to the Las Vegas market.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead a team to ensure the client’s day-to-day needs are met and identify viable opportunities for critical initiatives to improve operational and financial performance

  • Handle day-to-day account management responsibilities and qualify accounts are in compliance with account governance protocol

  • Be the subject matter authority on customer structure and businesses in alignment with Hilton

  • Set, maintain, and upgrade client data integrity and collection standards to drive successful selling processes and develop an opportunity pipeline

  • Work with sales leaders to ensure that CRM data is applied within Salesforce and sales programs

  • Collaborate with internal teams (B2B, IT, and Supply Management) to provide total account solutions

  • Model account-based trends, compare data with previous years' results and forecast future account growth rates

  • Ensure revenue targets are achieved

  • Supervise the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of sales processes

  • Anticipate and manage challenges/opportunities to improve selling techniques


What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years experience in sourcing/procurement

  • Seven (7) years in customer relationship management

  • Three (3) years contracting experience

  • Three (3) years managerial experience

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • MA/MS Master’s Degree

  • Ten (10) years of customer relations/customer service experience

  • Five (5) years managerial experience

  • Five (5) years of hospitality experience

  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management

  • Global experience

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $110,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
