About This Job

We are in search of passionate personalities to become the face of The Adolphus hotel’s iconic Rodeo Bar. This joint first opened in 1981 and served Dallasites and visitors for nearly four decades. We are now re-opening the Rodeo bar with a new menu, new vibe and back room for private gatherings while honoring the heart and soul of the original concept : “Texas grit and authenticity"

We are searching for curious self-starters with a genuine interest in people. These hard-working individuals have always had a natural bend toward hospitality, no matter where they worked, because they’ve always seen themselves as part of something bigger.

A food runner is integral to the success of the restaurant. This person works hand and hand with both the kitchen and the restaurant and the front of the house, delivering dishes to the correct tables and guests. This individual takes direction very well and ha a thorough knowledge of the menu, enabling them to accurately answer questions that may arise when delivering food.

In its recent restoration and renovation, the hotel’s storied past is both celebrated and re-imagined.
