POSITION:      Audio Visual Systems Specialist

Definition:

Install and maintain AV systems resort wide.

General Duties:

  • Install AV systems
  • Monitor and manage AV systems
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AV systems
  • Maintain all AV closets, storages and vehicles clean and organized
  • Perform regular software, firmware, and configuration updates
  • Perform regular system calibration
  • Manage all digital content accounts and subscription, i.e., SiriusXM, DirecTV, etc.
  • Create and maintain content for specific areas resort-wide
  • Train/refresh all relevant staff
  • Produce user manuals for all systems and areas
  • Log and store all relevant AV systems information on company’s shared drive

  • Must be the first to smile and greet the guest every day.
  • Must have neat and pleasant overall appearance.
  • Must maintain proper associate uniform standards.

  • Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Communicate well with all departments throughout the Resort.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report work-related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Abide by all resort policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement – 18+
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma

  • Must have the physical strength, stamina, and agility to perform the assigned duties.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
