The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel provides operational support to the Restaurant GM and the Director of Operations for the various outlets.  They lead and direct their team in providing exceptional guest service while optimizing financial results.  

What will I be doing?

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for various tasks such as recruiting and hiring qualified restaurant staff and developing them, overseeing beverage and food quality, and ensuring all guests receive exceptional service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Driving Maybourne service culture and promoting hotel services and offerings through floor presence and checking with guests to ensure superior guest satisfaction
• Manage and oversee the entire bar and restaurant operation
• Ensuring service staff is delivering exceptional service consistently
• Respond to guest inquiries or complaints efficiently and promptly
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage and lead staff
• Nurture a positive working environment 
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Manage overall profit and loss statements
