Job Description

  • This position serves as the assistant for the Sales  office.  Provides administrative support to the Management team.  
  • Must be able to professionally communicate with others and possess multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail.  
  • Strong problem resolution skills are necessary including a strong initiative and sense of urgency.  
  • Familiar with Sales and PMS systems as it relates to the Group booking process.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications is a must.
